Felicitas Olschewski is the Head of Digital EMEA, based in Amsterdam. Originally from Germany, Felicitas brings an international footprint and a vast experience across digital, strategy, product-and service innovation and creative in areas of digital experience, marketing and business transformation, both agency side (such as TBWA, DDB & Tribal, DentsuACHTUNG!,72andSunny) and corporate business experience, at Adidas. 

She has worked and led teams across 360 integrated brand communication, design strategy and digital innovation for Global, China and EMEA brands across sport, fashion, retail, sustainability and tech such as Apple, Google, Youtube, eBay, C&A, Samsung, Heineken, Volkswagen, Vodafone and most recently, Adidas, where she drove the company’s 2025 strategic business plan for Digital Experience and built hybrid teams across locations and timezones. 

Felicitas holds executive education and training in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, UAL London, Business Acumen at Harvard Business School as well as Creative Marketing & Communications in Munich and speaks multiple languages. She has also finished her study at the M.I.T. Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab around Cryptocurrencies. 

As the Head of Digital Netherlands, Christiana comes to Edelman with a decade of digital experience across influencer marketing, content creation, brand strategy and campaign marketing. Having worked as Head of Marketing and as a Digital and Brand strategist for two global agencies – she deeply understands both sides of the client-agency relationship. 
 

As Head of Marketing at IoTUK, Christiana was asked to independently launch a start-up, which was the UK government’s largest investment into the Internet of Things. Under her leadership, IoTUK achieved quick success, earning two global awards for its influence and digital content within the first five months. 
 

Christiana then moved from London to Amsterdam to join 180 Kingsday as a Digital Strategist and within six months her new business acquisitions enabled the digital team to grow by 200%. After three years of working with incredible brands like PepsiCo, Etihad Airways, Nissan and DHL; Christiana joined AKQA Amsterdam as a Digital Specialist and Brand Strategist. Her role involved consulting with the C-Suite on digital transformation strategies for brands like Bank of Ireland, Aramco, and Coca-Cola, while simultaneously leading brand strategy projects for Gucci, OPPO, Alexander McQueen, and L'Oréal. During this time she was also appointed the European Strategic Lead for TikTok, managing multi-market brand campaigns for International Women’s Day and International Safety Day. 


Christiana continues to create content on TikTok today and has grown a following of over 130K+ followers; so it’s fair to say that she is both personally and professionally deeply passionate about all things digital.
 

Andrew Foote is a seasoned leader who successfully navigates the complexity of modern marketing. With a focus on building brands through culture and experiences, he has consistently helped clients innovate while achieving their business objectives. His expertise spans digital and social media marketing, creative brand building, experiential, and public relations strategy, with notable success in sectors such as technology, CPG, retail, food & beverage, financial services, and health. 

Currently serving as the General Manager of Edelman Amsterdam, Andrew leads a dynamic team of 100+ specialists who deliver communications and marketing strategies on behalf of some of the Netherlands' most prominent regional and multinational companies.

Andrew's 13-year journey with Edelman includes serving as Managing Director of Digital Client Solutions, where he drove digital growth and innovation for the agency's largest global clients. Additionally, during his seven-year tenure as the head of Edelman’s New York Digital practice, he led a team of 150 digital experts and creators and played a key role in shaping the agency’s global digital offerings and business. 

His experience includes notable partnerships with clients such as Google, Samsung, PayPal, Unilever, eBay, Johnson & Johnson, Bacardi, Diageo, AstraZeneca, Volvo, GM MasterCard, Citigroup, and others. 

Andrew sits on the 4A’s Social Media Committee, a senior executive group focused on advancing the standards of social media marketing within the advertising industry. He also recently served as a board member for the Hudson Square Business Improvement District (the neighborhood of Edelman’s NYC office). 

Martijn joined Edelman with the ambition to develop integrated, creative communication and marketing teams that deliver result and data-driven plans built on data and insights. He builds creative solutions for national and international business to business clients, including Tata Steel Limited and Shell. Throughout his career as a creative marketing professional, Martijn has held senior positions at marketing agencies like Leo Burnett and ran his own creative agency in the centre of Amsterdam. With a background as a designer, he shares a passion for making beautiful yet understandable solutions for clients.

Marcos Alves and Marco Serra, the Creative Direction team known as The Markos, led the Latin American digital account of McDonald’s. Marquito and Markão developed multiple content-driven campaigns, having one of their projects, The Instagram Menu, recognized in different festivals winning 3 Cannes Lions, a bronze Clio, 3 El Ojo and 5 Brazilian Creative Club awards. Back in Brazil, Marco worked for the leading digital account for Renault and Samsung Pay. 

Bruno Tozzini is an award-winning creative leader with a dynamic career spanning agencies such as TBWA, Leo Burnett, R/GA, and DDB.​

With over 30 awards and 15 years of experience crafting seamlessly integrated campaigns, effective social content and experiences for global brands like Samsung, Pepsi, and Philips, Bruno is a seasoned creative who brings a touch of magic to every team he collaborates with.​

His passion for storytelling and knack for web culture and technology sets him apart for pushing the boundaries of social and activation campaigns, injecting authenticity and craft design into each project and piece of content.​

In his Creative Director – Social & Activation role, he works with a world-class team of art directors, content creators, and motion designers responsible for building active brands through social.

Sinziana is a highly driven and passionate marketing professional with a background in media production and storytelling. Over the last 6 years she has been executing and producing branded content and influencer marketing strategies for top brands in the fashion, entertainment, food and beverage, mobile technology and consumer lifestyle industries. Her solution orientated and strategical approach is based on integrating data, insights and emerging technologies.  

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with top social media creators and influencers, both in the Benelux area as well as on an international level, especially in markets such as Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the UK. She brings concepts to life while safeguarding the most authentic connection across brands, channels and creators.
