Martine is a well-networked director at Edelman Amsterdam. She oversees Amsterdam’s Brand and Tech portfolio, advising a broad range of brands in their integrated communications and marketing programs while managing a team of Brand and Technology professionals. Martine was recently appointed Edelman EMEA Consumer Tech Lead.  

With a background in journalism, Martine has helped technology and B2C brands craft stories that earn attention, through strategic client counsel, brand positioning and integrated communications marketing. She has consulted for Tinder, HP, Samsung, Polar, PayPal and UBER, among others. 

Felicitas Olschewski is the Head of Digital EMEA, based in Amsterdam. Originally from Germany, Felicitas brings an international footprint and a vast experience across digital, strategy, product-and service innovation and creative in areas of digital experience, marketing and business transformation, both agency side (such as TBWA, DDB & Tribal, DentsuACHTUNG!,72andSunny) and corporate business experience, at Adidas. 

She has worked and led teams across 360 integrated brand communication, design strategy and digital innovation for Global, China and EMEA brands across sport, fashion, retail, sustainability and tech such as Apple, Google, Youtube, eBay, C&A, Samsung, Heineken, Volkswagen, Vodafone and most recently, Adidas, where she drove the company’s 2025 strategic business plan for Digital Experience and built hybrid teams across locations and timezones. 

Felicitas holds executive education and training in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, UAL London, Business Acumen at Harvard Business School as well as Creative Marketing & Communications in Munich and speaks multiple languages. She has also finished her study at the M.I.T. Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab around Cryptocurrencies. 

Raymond has worked in digital marketing and comms for over 25 years. After finishing his marketing studies in Rotterdam, Raymond worked for several local & international telecom operators & internet providers where he focused on implementing & optimizing online marketing. Next, he moved on to the agency side where he got involved in successful content and social media initiatives at Tribal DDB. And at Mediabrands, Raymond built a successful social media agency, servicing various clients on content and social advertising. 

In 2015, Raymond joined Edelman to build the digital, creative and Insights teams in the Amsterdam office and to lead multiple clients, including Shell, HP, PayPal and Friesland Campina. His client deliverables included social media strategies, integrated consumer campaigns, video productions, community management, influencer marketing and more. After a brief stint at an external stakeholder agency, Raymond has now returned to Edelman to lead the Digital Client Solutions practice for the EMEA region. In this role, Raymond will focus on offering integrated, digital first solutions to our large, regional clients and building a practice of digital client leadership. 

Seema is Edelman's first ever Creative Director and member of the MT, who leads our integrated work for a broad roster of clients like: Microsoft, Princes Foods, Booking.com, The Student Hotel, Polar, Wolters Kluwer, Tinder, HP – as well as her awarded work for the skin disease psoriasis. Seema oversees a buzzing creative department and in-house production team and has also expanded her expertise as a film director, in a year when the agency has been recognized for its integrated work and won ‘Benelux Agency of the Year’ of the year at the Sabre Awards.  

Seema is keen on helping businesses transform for the better and helping corporates and brands to use the power of creativity to solve complex business challenges. Passionate about inspiring people to become more creative, Seema has also published two books on creativity and creative thinking, entitled, ‘Write Nothing in Here’ and ‘Read Nothing in Here’.   

Martijn joined Edelman with the ambition to develop integrated, creative marketing teams that deliver result and data-driven plans build on data and insights. He builds creative solutions for national and international business to business clients, including Tata Steel Limited and Shell. Throughout his career as a creative marketing professional, Martijn has held senior positions at marketing agencies like Leo Burnett and ran his own creative agency in the centre of Amsterdam. With a background as a Designer, he shares a passion for making beautiful yet understandable solutions for clients. 

Inge is an all-round marketing communications professional with a strong drive to create both business and social value. Throughout her international career, she spent most of her time in senior corporate communication and marketing roles. Before joining Edelman in April 2022, Inge worked at Nestlé, where she was responsible for launching and building the plant-based brand ‘Garden Gourmet’ in Zone Europe, Middle East, and North-Africa. Her work experience ranges from brand reputation, media relations, change leadership, employee engagement and CSR/sustainability to (digital) marketing.  

Inge is passionate about strategic storytelling and digital marketing, along with a strong feel for consumer insights. She joined Edelman with the ambition to partner with clients to build their brands and reputations and generate societal impact. Her international experience in FMCG/food innovation, the financial- and entertainment sector, combined with a solid background in purpose driven marketing and communication, enables her to be a strong sparring partner. As a director, she has a leading role in client accounts and manages teams of communication specialists.
